We invite you to enjoy the Abundance from our Gardens!
Each year, as the gardens on our family farm expand and evolve, we receive an abundance of plants. One of the ways we love to enjoy this abundance is by creating herbal infusions to drink. In consuming the plants as a tisane, our bodies are nourished and supported by the many medicinal and energetic properties.
In collaboration with our in-house Herbalist, we have lovingly packaged a selection of our garden abundance for your enjoyment.
We have 6 beautiful plants for you to choose from: Nettle, Sage, Lemon Balm, Horsetail, Calendula, and Rose petals.
All plants grown and harvested on our family farm are done so through the principles of permaculture and are certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
These will be offered exclusively online and at our local boutique here in Frelighsburg.

Stinging Nettle (Urtica diocia) is a nourishing, mineral-rich plant, including iron which promotes vitality. Consuming 2-3 cups of the infusion per day over, an extended period, can help fight anemia, and fatigue, and increase immune resistance and stress.
Add 1 tbsp of well-mixed plants with 1 cup of hot water. Infuse for 5-10 minutes on desired strength. Gives about 20 portions. Filter and enjoy!
Can also be used for cold infusions and culinary uses.
Please keep the bag closed after use or in an airtight container.
This product has been packed in a fully compostable bag suitable for home composting!
