Sure! Simply add your subscription products as well as your one time purchase products in your cart. When you proceed to checkout, it will show the delivery frequency under each subscription item, and display shipping information for both the initial delivery (which includes everything) and the recurring shipments (subscription items only)

Before cancelling a recurrent delivery you can pause it, this will allow you to start it back at anytime, and all the information will still be registered. To do so, login to your customer account, here, and go in the tab "My Product subscriptions"
