How is it different from our standard line?
The Hydrate & Repair Conditioner was specifically formulated with coconut oil, jojoba-derived ingredients and a blend of hydrolyzed proteins for a more hydration-focused conditioning experience. Our standard conditioner provides effective everyday conditioning and detangling.
Why is it hydrating? What ingredients make it hydrating?
The Hydrate & Repair Shampoo and Conditioner work together to support hydration. The shampoo uses a gentle cleansing blend and ingredients such as inulin and hydrolyzed proteins to gently cleanse while helping preserve the hair’s natural moisture. The conditioner complements this with jojoba-derived ingredients, coconut oil, and hydrolyzed proteins to help condition, soften, and smooth the hair. Together, these ingredients help support dry and damaged hair while leaving it feeling hydrated, soft, smooth, and manageable.
What is the scent?
A balanced and refreshing blend of grapefruit, white pine, lavender, rosemary, and benzoin essential oils.
FYI: Benzoin (INCI: Styrax Benzoin Resin Extract) provides a warm, sweet, vanilla-like aroma.
Is this aroma available in your standard line?
No. Since this is a new performance-focused line, we wanted to create a unique aroma that sets it apart from our standard line.
I have curly hair, is it good for me?
Yes. Curly hair often benefits from added moisture and conditioning, and this line helps support hydration, softness and manageability.
Is the conditioner going to make my hair greasy?
The conditioner is formulated to hydrate and condition without leaving hair feeling heavy or greasy. However, results may vary depending on hair type. For finer hair, we recommend applying it mainly to the mid-lengths and ends.
Can it be used daily or just as a treatment?
It’s designed for regular use, not just as a treatment. You can use it as often as you normally wash and condition your hair.
If I have oily hair, can I use it or its only for dry and damaged hair.
It can be used on oily hair as well. Formulated with a gentle cleansing blend, this product line can lift away residue and excess sebum. Since everyone’s hair is different, we recommend adjusting the amount and frequency of use to your hair’s needs and applying the conditioner mainly to the mid-lengths and ends.
Can I refill my bottles?
Yes. You can check with your local refillery to see if they carry the Hydrate & Repair line, or refill your bottles at home with our 4 L format, available starting in October 2026.
